Asphalt shingle roof replacement cost
Architectural shingles are the default material. The table is the national installed range before a state labor adjustment. Tear-off, disposal, decking, and permit are separate inputs.
| Material | Installed per square |
|---|---|
| 3-tab asphalt shingles | $300.00–$500.00 (typical $400.00) Estimate (non-official) |

Standing seam metal roof replacement cost
Metal rows have an installed range. A material-only price was not published for these rows, so sales tax, if you turn it on, uses installed price times one minus the labor share.

Mobile home roof replacement cost
There is no separate mobile-home material in the researched table. For a small low-slope roof, set the pitch to 2/12 or less and the flat-membrane rows appear. Corrugated metal is the other row people compare. The figures below are those published ranges, not a mobile-home quote.
| Material | Installed per square |
|---|---|
| Corrugated / exposed-fastener metal panels | $400.00–$1,500.00 (typical $925.00) Estimate (non-official) |

Questions
How much does a condo roof replacement cost?
This calculator prices the roof area you enter, not an owner’s share of a condo association project. Associations often replace a whole building and assess owners separately. No association-share schedule is in this dataset.
Does roof replacement cost include solar panel removal?
No. The installed prices here do not add solar panel removal or reinstall. Ask the roofer for that line item if panels have to come off.
Will homeowners insurance pay the roof replacement cost?
The range is a planning estimate, not an insurance settlement. A carrier prices its own scope, depreciation, and deductible. Use the calculator to compare a contractor bid with published cost ranges.
